Liverpool under 11s played an exciting game in the Lancashire Cup away at Bootle CC.

Although Liverpool lost the game by 21 runs, it was a tightly contested affair and Liverpool were left ruing some poor decision making, especially when it came to running between the wickets (three run outs effectively cost Liverpool the match). Batting honours go to Maxey Karim for his 17 runs, whilst the stand out bowlers were Lola Roots (2 for 5) Adi Iyer (2 for 4) and Denis Pearson (3 for 10).
