At 9am on Tuesday, 24th February, we took on the Macmillan Darts Marathon in the 1925 Lounge and what a day it turned out to be.
Players threw darts nonstop as we aimed to score 100,000 points and raise £1,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. The event was livestreamed throughout the day so people could follow the action both in the room and online.
Thanks to everyone who came down to take part, whether you were a seasoned darts player or just had a few throws to help the total climb. Every dart really did count.
We’re delighted to say we smashed our £1,000 fundraising target, and incredibly, it took just 5 hours to reach the 100,000 points milestone.
Macmillan provides vital support to people living with cancer, offering practical, emotional, and financial help when it’s needed most. A huge thank you to everyone who played, watched, or donated, helping make the day such a success. 💚
