Senior Cricket

Liverpool Cricket Club run 1st XI, 2nd XI and 3rd XI open age category teams that compete every Saturday during the cricket season in the Liverpool & District Cricket Competition. The club also run a 4th XI that competes on a Sunday during the cricket season.

Senior indoor winter nets commence in late-January/early-February and run until the start of the season. During the spring and summer club nets are every Thursday evening from 6pm-8pm in the 3 lane outdoor net facility at Liverpool Cricket Club. The cricket nets are available for members to use all year around depending on the weather.

We welcome players of all abilities who enjoy making the commitment to playing good cricket and becoming great club members on and off the field.

The 1st XI were promoted as champions of the Liverpool & District Cricket Competition second division in 2017.

We are also pleased to announce that Matty Jackson will be continuing as skipper, with Henry Charlton who will be available for all of the 2019 season agreed to become the club’s vice captain 🍒

Delighted to announce that 18 year old New Zealander Josh Earle will be joining us for the 2019 season. Josh scored 920 runs and took 31 wickets in the Kent Cricket League last season. We are looking forward to having Josh with us, thanks to @JamesColeCricX for his help. 🍒
