With 2 men’s teams, a women’s team and a number of junior and mini sides, along with the senior colts too, there’s plenty of options for players of all ages and abilities.
We believe that success on the rugby field begins with dedication and hard work on the training ground. Our training sessions are designed to improve skills, fitness, and team cohesion. Join us every week for structured training sessions led by experienced coaches at Jericho Lane:
Tuesdays: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursdays: 7:45 PM – 9:00 PM
Our training sessions are open to players of all skill levels, from newcomers to seasoned veterans. Whether you’re a rookie or a rugby aficionado, our training environment is welcoming and inclusive, ensuring that everyone can thrive and grow as a player.

We are always looking to welcome players experienced and new, young and old so we need YOU!
You do not need any experience – after all, we are a developing team and want you to feel comfortable and more importantly want you to stay! If you want to have fun and feel a bit fitter then get in touch.
Our U18s side are always on the lookout for new players. Training is on Thursday on the lower pitches 7-8.30pm.
